At Grow Together, we believe in the power of compassion, collaboration, and community-driven change. Founded in 2022, we are committed to creating sustainable impact by working closely with underserved and underrepresented communities.
Our initiatives focus on improving access to quality education, strengthening community health through awareness and partnerships with healthcare professionals, promoting environmental sustainability, and advancing women and child empowerment.
We aim to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity by enabling youth through education, mentorship, leadership development, and skill-building programs. By engaging local communities, volunteers, and partners, we create solutions that are both inclusive and long-lasting.

Dr. Subhasish Jamuda, Founder of Grow Together, is a healthcare professional and social impact leader dedicated to driving inclusive and sustainable development. Leveraging his medical expertise and on-ground experience, he leads initiatives that address critical gaps in education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and social empowerment, creating measurable impact across communities.
