Career Guidance Initiative

About the Initiative: Grow Together recently held a career counselling session at NINL, Jajpur, as part of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited's CSR efforts. The programme was designed to guide students in exploring their educational and career paths, helping them make well-informed decisions aligned with their interests and academic strengths.
Career Counselling: We provided one-on-one career counseling to somewhere between 75 and 95 students, ranging from those in Class 10 and Class 12 to university graduates. Mentors sat down with each student to talk through course options suited to their background, eligibility requirements, and potential career paths ahead. This personalized approach helped students see how their education connects to real academic and career decisions—ones that actually align with where they want to go in the long run.
Impact: The program equipped students with the clarity and confidence to plan their next steps. By resolving confusion around course requirements and introducing new pathways they hadn't previously considered, it enabled better academic planning and stronger preparation for the future—benefiting not just the students, but their guardians.
